| Do not worry, here you do not have to resort to emery paper, even if some craftsmen were tingling their finger on the Romola picture frame. The weathered wood of this real wood frame is the design of Romola. Shabby-Chick in his strongest way was lived out on this frame - not only the wood is exposed to the weather for too long, the corresponding color in reddish brown has long been peeled off and is only partially visible on the frame. And this on a width of 29 millimeters and a height of 53 millimeters, which represents a rather simple form. In several small strip arrangements, the frame tapers inwards from the outer end. Here, no area has been omitted from the expressive coloring. Only the reddish brown is sometimes more, sometimes less pronounced. While the color can still be seen on the flat planes, the edges and corners are finished in a light wood tone, just as it is for an "old, weathered frame". |
