In the painting 'Beach Window', the viewer is immersed in an enormously large and almost oversized room that offers a wonderful view. It is up to the viewer to decide whether to assume that the window has a pane of glass or whether it is merely an opening in the wall.
The paintings on the existing walls are in impressionist style and delight with a variety of colors. Each area offers the eye a special variety and diversity. The same applies to the flooring, which comes in a variety of shimmering colors and appears to have been made from stone slabs.
On the left-hand side of the room, there are beach chairs surrounded by two shady trees. These trees appear to have been growing in this room for some time and are of an impressive size, with dense foliage.
As far as the view is concerned, the gaze of the observer and visitors to the beach chairs wanders into a light-flooded expanse and distance. The clouds melt into the light, while below lies a colorful yet calm sea that is constantly changing colors. This view should be extremely relaxing for many people and invite them to wander into the distance with their eyes as well as their thoughts.
