| The designers created the Marleen painting frame quite simply. At just 20 mm, Marleen protrudes from the wall into the room, and the overall width is no more than a delicate 26 mm. The frame series Fancy 2 impresses with its filigree frames and has created another accessory with this model that is particularly flexible to use. Simple, narrow decorative frames in particular offer the possibility of just adding a border to an art print, no more and no less - like a wooden border that gives the motif an adequate demarcation from the room. In terms of shape, the makers chose a double bar. The main bar begins as a straight-angled plateau and runs in a minimal convex shape. A notch ends the rounded surface, whereupon the narrow final bar runs diagonally downwards. The upper, rounded bar has been given the color of black-blue. The special thing is the color gradient. The bar starts in dark black from the top, becomes lighter on the inside and gets the blue tone. The colors are just as matt as the antique silver that adorns the inner bar. The silver adapts to the black-blue in an almost greenish tone. |
