| Jora is a narrow painting frame from the Boston series. The real wooden bar measures 19 mm in height and 21 mm in width. Despite the narrow dimensions, the designers managed to accommodate some extras on the frame. Already in terms of shape, they introduced several areas as various moldings as design tools. It starts with a kind of small plateau from the wall at the top, with which Jora protrudes into the room. But due to the short dimensions not too long, which is followed by a small notch, from which an elegant wooden tongue emerges, which swings upwards as a round bar. With this attitude, she attracts a lot of attention on the frame, whereupon she finally withdraws inwards on the way to the inside of the frame and literally disappears into a groove. In the lower area of the groove, a narrow golden round bar appears, which is followed by a narrow border as a frame finish. Even the design has been brilliantly staged, but the designers have given the icing on the cake with the colors. The upper round bar has received a light wood tone, on which a wood grain has spread in dark lines. This dark tone is repeated in the lower area of the bar and is reminiscent of rosewood or ebony, which harmonizes wonderfully with the gold bar. |
