| Hedda is a narrow gold frame from the Senelar series. The delicate dimensions of 21 mm in width and 31 mm in height make an impression especially on those art lovers who like to decorate their galleries with narrow frames. These have the advantage that they do not overload the chosen motif too much and still create an adequate conclusion for a painting. Hedda also has this property. The real wood molding on this model was kept quite simple in shape, and yet the designers have achieved a small feat here. The top bar at the outer end is a flat level of wood, which also protrudes into the room with the aforementioned 31 mm. At the top, this bar changes to the front view at a 90 degree angle, where it presents a strong, shiny gold as a rather narrow, simple bar. The fact that the designers placed a wine-red patina under the gold is expressed here in the form that some areas shine as horizontal lines through the gold in the wonderful red. The following groove, which separates this bar from the following ornamental border, also shows the patina red in a dark shade. As a wonderful contrast, a gold with a brilliant high gloss was chosen for the large decorative strip. Shining here are small, bulbous knight shields that are joined together to create a brilliant border. |
