| A classic real wood frame with subtle noblesse is our Elisabet model. The refined rounded and finely stepped frame molding of medium width is made in traditional craftsmanship techniques in antique style. To this end, experienced frame makers first apply a chalk base to the high-quality real wood moulding, then a layer of poliment in a strong olive tone, cover the frame by hand with gold leaf metal, rub it through to the poliment and finally finish their work with harmoniously coordinated speckles in the old manner. In this way, they create a masterful picture frame in a wonderfully iridescent play of colors between gold and olive tones. |
