| With the Amalie model, the Louvre series of paintings presents another gold frame that complements many a gallery with dignity. Art connoisseurs who frame their favorite paintings with Amalie have chosen a noble frame into which many a work may like to move. With a size of 63x44 mm, the designers poured in a special gold that radiates a warm atmosphere with a reddish tone. There are also various moldings and ornaments that the makers have cleverly arranged on Amalie. A first narrow ornamental bar is immediately apparent on the outside of the frame with round chain links that shine in the reddish gold on a matt, dark background. Horizontal waveforms, on the other hand, occur inside the frame, here too gold on dark. The middle ornamental bar got the same scheme, which pushes into the room like a square wooden tongue. The decorative elements have a floral theme with pot-bellied tendrils. From this wooden wave, smooth depressions go back and up towards the wall. They in turn present the red gold in its pure form. The designers brought in a design element that looks like wood grain and have brought a bit more structure into the frame. A further contrast is provided by an attached dark line with a matt surface on the lower depression, on which in turn a further curved gold bar in a narrow design provides even more shine, as well as a white end bar. |
