Bonifacio Bembo, a remarkable northern Italian Renaissance painter, is a compelling figure in the art world. His birth in 1420 in Brescia began a life story that reads like an exciting chapter in a history book. The son of the painter Giovanni Bembo, his journey in painting began in the artistically vibrant city of Cremona.
